We need your help to make gun storage safer and more accessible—state by state.
Right now, the USA has 50,000+ Federal Firearm Licensees (FFLs). To identify which of them offer off-site gun storage, we must call each one, collect data, and annually update the only national gun storage map in existence.
Why It Matters
Safe off-site gun storage can save lives—during crises, for domestic violence survivors, and for responsible gun owners needing secure options. But most people don’t know where to turn. Our map changes that by giving clear, state-by-state information on where firearms can be stored legally and safely.
How You Can Help - 2026 Map Update
Each FFL call and update costs just $3—this covers:
Three follow-up phone calls per licensee
Accurate data collection & analysis
Map updates
Stakeholder presentations to community and policy leaders
The last update was Q1 2025
